Helping others achieve their real estate goals has been my dream job for over 17 years. I love to work with seasoned buyers/sellers and also with first-time homebuyers. I take great care in helping to guide my clients through the difficult world of real estate. I will work to earn and keep your trust. Having happy clients is my goal.

On a personal note, when you meet me, don't be surprised. I will be wearing jeans. I never wear cowboy boots or a hat, but my husband and I do run a small herd of show cattle. In my spare time I am keeping an eye on cows, volunteering my time, and attempting to make something that resembles dinner.

After selecting a home, we'll assess the market and asking price before making an offer. I’ll provide necessary information for informed decision-making every step of the way and assist in arranging a professional inspection to address any condition concerns before closing.
