My mission is to guide sellers and buyers through the real estate market to reach their goals in an informed and enjoyable manner - to provide the service that I would want if I were hiring a Realtor. My approach is data-driven, focused on ensuring the best results for my clients. I have an in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, local geography, trusted vendors, and the transaction process paired with strong negotiation skills that will be put to work for you to reach your best investment and lifestyle outcome.
I grew up on a farm in the wooded plateaus of the Arkansas Ozarks and finished a B.A. in History there before moving west more permanently. I spent extensive time guiding in various outdoor industries, especially on rivers, taking me all over the West and around the world. My wife and I happily settled down here when she took a position as a professor at USU in 2017. My time guiding in the wilderness heavily influenced my approach to guiding clients through the real estate market - leading them through what can be an intimidating situation in a safe, informed, and enjoyable manner. When I am not assisting clients, you can find me with my wife and daughter, typically skiing, boating, mountain biking, or just enjoying our beautiful surroundings. Cache Valley has been a wonderful place to settle down and invest.
