Top listing sale of the month goes to Rob Owens with the Smithfield home at 188 W 200 S, and the biggest closing overall goes to David Kirkman, who helped his buyers purchase a home in Hyde Park for $468,000. Justina Adams' North Logan listing sold in just 11 days, above its asking price. And a big shout-out to Tyla Darley, who closed five deals this month, including three where she represented both the buyer and the seller.

Behind the sales

Every closing is a story about the people behind it. Here are a few from this month, shared with our clients’ privacy in mind.

  • A first home in Hyde Park. David Kirkman helped a family buy their first home in Hyde Park. Over the years, David has helped hundreds of first-time buyers find their first home in Cache Valley.

Under contract

Two more Logan homes went under contract this week:

  • 318 W 775 N, Logan: single family, listed at $390,000 (Justin Nuñez)
  • 1051 Crescent Dr, Logan: single family, listed at $275,000 (Makenzee Nelson Chew)

We'll share how they wrap up next month.
