“Kristine is fantastic, professional, and knowledgeable. I have sold two homes and bought two homes with her. The first home was under contract in only a few days with multiple offers. It was a great home in, a great neighborhood, and she helped to list at a great price point. The second home bought and sold with her was on the edge of the county in the country on an acerage with undisclosed water issues at the time of purchase. The area has water issues including a shortage problem and high water bills due to the private water company. It was about 29 minutes out of town in a country neighborhood. The sale of the second home had its struggles at no fault of Kristine. It was listed the day after Christmas, in a very rural area, and had water issues. The price was adjusted in the early spring to refresh the listing. The interest picked up, but the location and water issues didn't help in the sale. She had to deal with unrealistic expectations and rudeness during the sell, but took it on with grace and professionalism. It went under contract for full list price contiguous on the sale of the buyers home. The sale fell threw for the buyers home causing a longer than normal contract time for the sale of my home since we worked with the buyer to allow time to sale their home. The buyer was made aware of the struggles and we were glad they knew what they were buying into. The purchase of my current home went smoothly. Kristine helped connect me to a mortgage company that I could get financed with when I didn't think I would be able to get into another home due to my situation. I was able to get into the perfect home for my children and myself. I am so glad to have worked with Kristine. She cares deeply about her clients and helps them to get into a great home that fits all their needs. I plan to have her list any homes I sell in the future and will definitely buy with her again. Her level of knowledge in Cache county and care of her clients helps in making a wonderful experience in buying and selling homes.”
